We're seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Melbourne Water Framework team. As part of a Joint Venture between John Holland and KBR, we're delivering high-quality assets and upgrades to ensure seamless water supply and sewage removal in Melbourne.

The role involves supporting multiple capital works projects in Canterbury, VIC. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing projects within the framework
  • Forecasting and client reporting
  • Commissioning and process improvement support
  • Client interface for integration into the wider network
  • Procurement and subcontract evaluation support
  • Supporting tenders with project proposal establishment and criteria development for successful delivery
  • Assisting clients with M&E integration of future and past works where possible
  • Project reporting on live projects within the framework (including forecasts, HSEQ items, Earned Value, Schedule, etc)

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in complex infrastructure, including water/wastewater plants, pump stations, etc
  • Strong technical leadership and ability to drive teams according to construction programs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to integrate with broader project teams for program completion
