Senior Infrastructure Operations Specialist

This is a key role where you'll drive the strategic delivery and optimisation of cloud platforms, infrastructure services, and integrated security solutions across multiple environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the deployment, management and maintenance of cloud platforms, infrastructure services, and integrated security solutions.
  • Managing identity, access, and platform security using Entra ID (Azure AD), Fortinet, WAF, and API protection technologies.
  • Administering AI and automation platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Serving as a key escalation point for infrastructure-related support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects, testing, solution design, and documentation.

This position requires a strong background in information technology and experience with cloud-based systems. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, and have a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN, WAF technologies, and API security.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AI services, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and data governance via Microsoft Purview.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
