Project Coordinator

About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a skilled and organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of major property and infrastructure projects, including new depots and electrification programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver infrastructure projects across multiple sites
  • Manage project documentation, stakeholder communication and scheduling
  • Coordinate reporting, planning meetings and implementation activities
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams to drive progress
  • Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and design standards
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project coordination or administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure
  • Industry experience in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related field
  • A current driver's license (essential)
