Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

Deliver significant projects across Australia as a skilled Project Coordinator. This is an exciting period of growth for Kinetic, and we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support the delivery of major property and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with coordination and delivery of major infrastructure projects across multiple sites.
  • Manage project documentation, stakeholder communication, and scheduling support.
  • Coordinate reporting, planning meetings, and implementation activities.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to drive progress.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Industry experience in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
  • A current driver's licence (essential).
