How You Will Contribute:

Join our finance team as a Senior Costing Analyst. Collaborate with project managers, site finance, and commercial finance teams to provide analysis in product costing and report on cost movements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement: Support financial reviews, assist with overhead allocation, and collaborate on material costing.
  • Weekly Reporting: Submit overhead recoveries, review packaging and ingredient variances, and analyze freight variances.
  • Product Costing: Manage standard cost processes, maintain product costs, oversee BOMs and master data, and prepare standard costs for third-party products.
  • Cost Improvement: Support cost-saving initiatives and collaborate on new cost improvement projects.
  • Risk Management: Manage financial risks and communicate issues.
  • Internal Control: Ensure compliance with internal control requirements.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • CA / CPA qualifications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance/manufacturing/FMCG/Retail, continuous improvement, business partnering, supply chain cost control, and SAP.
  • Leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities, commercial awareness, advanced Excel and systems skills. Dairy industry knowledge is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this role is AUD $80,000 - AUD $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
