As a Pricing Management Lead, you will spearhead our transformation program.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the pricing strategy and calculation models at our company.

You will lead the newly established pricing management workstream of a system implementation.

You will work with stakeholders across all parts of the business, focusing on trade sales, retail, and finance functions.

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in pricing calculation and management.

They should possess excellent knowledge and understanding of pricing structures, calculation, and management.

Experience in delivering process or technology change initiatives is also essential.

  • Lead the pricing management workstream
  • Document current state processes, gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop a future state plan for the pricing workstream
  • Provide feedback on solution design, including identifying gaps and areas of process improvement opportunity
  • Conduct system and process testing
  • Work with the change management team to embed new technology and processes
  • Lead and coach peers within the project and beyond the project on pricing best practice
  • Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to initiate and maintain effective engagement with the program
