Job Description

The Senior Financial Leader - Rates and Pricing will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with expertise in project financial management, pricing, and cost allocation.

The successful candidate will lead the development of labor and overhead budgets and rate-setting processes, ensuring costs are allocated accurately and recovered through major programs. They will also provide strategic financial advice, reporting, and analysis to senior leaders and program managers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting, with full CA/CPA/CIMA membership
  • Demonstrated experience in project financial management and/or pricing and cost allocation
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with resilience in a fast-moving environment
