Lead Stylist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our ecommerce studio, you will be responsible for leading a team of creative stylists in creating on-trend looks for customer inspiration on our website and across campaigns.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of stylists, models, and photographers to create visually stunning content that showcases our brand's unique style and aesthetic.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Briefing your team on shoot requirements and providing feedback on executions that align with our brand DNA
  • Developing and implementing styling concepts that meet the needs of our customers
  • Maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of your work, from pre-production to post-production
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Styling and experience working with models in an ecommerce studio and/or on campaign photoshoots
  • A proven track record of inspiring and leading creative teams to deliver results
  • The ability to creatively problem-solve in a high-volume workflow studio environment
  • A keen eye for styling trends and high attention to detail
