About the Role

We seek a creative and trend-driven Product Design Specialist to deliver products customers love for our Womenswear range on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you'll partner with Buying and Trend to create product ranges aligning with our brand DNA. You'll push boundaries by developing fresh concepts and evolving bestsellers, ensuring each product is designed with purpose.

You'll be across the full design process—delivering accurate tech packs, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring fit and function are on point. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and love designing for a global brand, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the creation of innovative product designs aligned with our brand DNA.
  • Partner with Buying and Trend teams to ensure product ranges hit the right trends, price points, and silhouettes.
  • Collaborate with Design, Buying, and Production teams to bring product to life.
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Designs role, holistically working across total collections.
  • Strong trend awareness and ability to translate concepts into commercial product.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and ability to create accurate tech packs.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
