Therapeutic Franchise Leadership Opportunity

Job Overview:

This is a leadership role that involves developing operational strategies for new business proposals and delivering contracted work in clinical trials within a specific therapeutic area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive operational plans for new business opportunities and ensure their successful execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative delivery strategies and solutions for complex studies or programs.
  • Establish Emerald Clinical Trials as a leader in the market by working closely with industry experts.
  • Foster long-term business growth through effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective delivery strategies and solutions for all projects in assigned areas of operational expertise.
  • Coordinate with Operations Area Lead team members to align with the global operational strategy.
  • Design and deliver training materials and resources to support project leads.
  • Partner with Business Development to manage new business opportunities and award decisions.
  • Support Business Development in preparing and conducting customer-facing meetings.
  • Attend and present at customer meetings, including bid defenses and partnership meetings.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions identified at bid defences and other customer/partnership meetings.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a related science or healthcare discipline, a minimum of 10 years of global clinical research experience, and 5 years of global business development experience. They should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong leadership and business acumen.
