Therapeutic Justice Director

As a key member of our organization's leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic objectives that enhance the experience of clients and staff in therapeutic and specialist courts.
Working closely with senior colleagues, you will engage with external stakeholders to develop a system-wide approach to therapeutically oriented criminal law services.
As part of our Criminal Law directorate leadership team, you will be involved in planning, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive excellence throughout the directorate.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A current Australian practising certificate entitling them to practise in Victoria as a principal of a law practice.
- Entitlement to practise in federal courts and courts exercising federal jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge and experience in therapeutic and specialist criminal law practice.
- Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating high-impact projects and policies.
- Leadership and management experience preferably gained within a public or private legal sector.
