Job Title

A dynamic and experienced professional will play a vital role in securing the long-term success of customers. This individual will provide comprehensive support throughout the entire customer life cycle, including deployment, training, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio to ensure strong customer health, adoption, and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and pass them to relevant teams for further action.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to develop solutions that meet customer needs and drive business expansion.
  • Report to the Manager of Customer Success and contribute to the team's mission to deliver exceptional experiences to customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with data-driven insights.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention through effective strategies.
