Job DescriptionThis is a mid-senior level, full-time position that involves leading a team of customer service representatives. As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvement in customer experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools is also essential.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives
- Manage escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor service levels and ensure key performance indicators are met
- Collaborate with internal departments and dealer networks to resolve complex cases
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve customer experience
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in customer service and leadership
- Preferred 5 years' experience within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
