Join to apply for the Regional Customer Service Team Leader role at AMA Group Ltd.

This Monday–Friday role is a full-time, permanent opportunity. Due to company growth, we are seeking an experienced, results-focused Regional Customer Service Team Lead to join our centralised team. This role is based in Sydney (N/NE region) with the flexibility to travel between multiple Sydney sites. In a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with the National Customer Relations Lead and Site Managers and lead a team of highly trained Customer Care professionals across our Sydney sites.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Providing a supportive work environment for all Customer Care Advisors
  • Investigation and reporting of customer complaints / queries
  • Internal stakeholder engagement
  • Recruitment, training and performance management for Customer Care team members
Qualifications
  • Have previous experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment
  • Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Be organised and have exceptional time management skills
  • Build rapport in person as well as over the phone
  • Work well in a team
