Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Night Operations Coordinator to manage the end of day accounting tasks and provide exceptional guest service during late night inquiries.

This role requires a calm and composed individual who can work independently and take initiative in performing nightly audit tasks. Prior experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts is highly beneficial.

  • Take charge of reception desk duties and ensure nightly reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with security to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist the day team with their operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Independent working skills and ability to excel without constant supervision.
  • Prior experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts and technical know-how to efficiently handle nightly audits.
  • Quick-thinking problem-solving skills and ability to put the guest's needs at the forefront.
