Leader of Student Wellbeing and Development

This is a leadership role in a junior school environment. We are seeking an experienced professional to support the administration and wellbeing of students.
The successful candidate will play a crucial part in integrating Positive Psychology principles, developing and implementing wellbeing initiatives and positively influencing student outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student wellbeing through Positive Education and holistic approaches;
- Integrate Positive Psychology principles into daily operations and student care;
- Lead day-to-day operations with a solutions-focused approach;
- Foster positive relationships among teachers and stakeholders;
- Work within a collaborative team environment;
- Hold a qualification in Education and registration with NESA;
- Possess a postgraduate qualification in Wellbeing or Positive Education;
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Be proactive and collaborative in a team-based environment.
As a Deputy Head of Junior School, you will be responsible for promoting a positive school culture and supporting student growth and development.
