Atlas Hotels is hiring a skilled Tradesperson to maintain the upkeep of our hotel.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience in property maintenance and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled planned preventative maintenance in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Complete reactive maintenance tasks when a job is logged in our management system.
  • Fix issues within rooms to return them to service quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage contractors on-site when required.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory maintenance and health and safety requirements.

As a Tradesperson you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are always in top condition.

You'll perform both planned and reactive maintenance handling a variety of tasks to keep the hotel running smoothly.

What Experience Do You Need?
  • Demonstrable experience in building maintenance.
  • Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems or similar.
  • Trade experience in areas such as plumbing electrical work joinery painting and decorating or plastering is highly advantageous.
