In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs within the hotel premises.

Key responsibilities include:
- Anticipating and addressing guests' needs promptly and efficiently.
- Providing warm and welcoming greetings to hotel guests.
- Carrying out tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or their designated representative.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team and being accountable for work completed.
- Taking initiative and demonstrating proactive behavior in all aspects of Engineering Department operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Completing tasks according to the Work Request System, Preventative Maintenance Program, and/or verbal instructions from Maintenance Supervisors/Managers.
- Responding to and executing interdepartmental or guest requests concerning defects, repairs, and general assistance.
- Logging all defects and work performed.
- Offering assistance to other departments or their representatives.
- Communicating with the Maintenance Manager regarding urgent and/or critical facility matters.
