At the forefront of this endeavour, we are seeking an experienced Talent Advisor, Onboarding who will be based in various locations within Australia. Reporting directly to the Talent Development Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our new employees, championing their onboarding journey with exceptional customer-centric and hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal people managers during the onboarding period for new employees to ensure timely completion of all steps in the onboarding plan
  • Configure the Onboarding platform for new employees, enable online content, tailor and continuously update content for localized requirements
  • Develop and maintain user guides and operational checklists to support onboarding, ensuring seamless documentation development and continuous improvement
  • Navigate internal resources to address employee questions, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Design and implement programs to enhance the employee experience at onboarding, leveraging multiple communication channels to drive engagement
  • Assist with social media postings, contributing to the Global Employer Branding strategy
  • Prepare quarterly onboarding surveys, communicate analysis, and deploy solutions with stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Proven expertise in social media skills, contributing to employer branding strategies
  • High-level interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships, working with a virtual and geographically dispersed team
  • Previous experience on projects in a HR role would be beneficial
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
