Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Onboarding Director to lead the onboarding process for our largest and most complex customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and successful implementations, as well as providing expert consulting and solution design services to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic onboarding projects, independently managing and executing the onboarding process for our largest, most complex, and strategically important customers.
  • Develop and maintain deep and meaningful relationships with C-Suite stakeholders and executive sponsors, being recognized as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and provide critical feedback to inform product development.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management in a B2B SaaS setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS platforms, including APIs and integrations, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of collaboration and partnership with Sales Teams in sales and RFP processes.
