**Job Title:** Trust Associate, First Nations Communities

**Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in effectively administering First Nations Communities trusts.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders to enhance reputation and identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in the administration of native title trusts according to legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support the Trust Manager in managing relationships with Executive Office and Advisory or Co-Trustee Council functions.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of traditional owner communities' needs and circumstances to manage trust relationships for their benefit.
  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders, including managing the Native Title queue and completing service requests as required.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a relevant field, such as administration, customer service, Aboriginal Corporation, or non-profit organisation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated relationship management capabilities.
  • Effective time management, prioritising and delegation skills.
  • Good communication and relationship building skills.
