Job Summary

We are seeking a Trust Manager to administer our native title trusts and develop strong relationships with Aboriginal clients and internal partners.

This role requires a motivated professional to manage trusts in accordance with legislation, company policy and procedures. The ideal candidate will understand the needs and circumstances of Aboriginal communities and work to improve trust relationships for their benefit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer native title trusts in accordance with legislation, company policy and procedures
  • Understand the Aboriginal communities needs and circumstances
  • Assist in issue resolution with other teams
  • Work proactively to document and improve policies and procedures relating to trust administration
Requirements:
  • Commitment to building capacity and empowering Aboriginal communities
  • Tertiary qualification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in estate and/or trust administration
  • Experience working in a client centric business environment
  • Ability to progress multiple administrative matters concurrently
  • Strong client management skills
