Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Host to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with high-end players, VIPs, and is able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Achieve high levels of player satisfaction through personalized services and targeted promotions.
  • Maintain relationships with existing players and continuously develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and player loyalty.
  • Work closely with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Coordinate events, tournaments, and slot promotions to attract high-value players.
  • Maintain accurate records of player activity and preferences.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in casino hospitality, preferably as a host or VIP relations manager.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid gaming license and ability to pass background checks.
