Key Responsibilities- Accommodate high-end players with personalized service and attention to detail.
- Maintain relationships with key players through regular communication and tailored rewards.
- Coordinate reservations, arrivals, and events for VIP guests at The Hotel.
- Host complimentary and guest events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service.
- Stay informed about property offerings, special events, and current promotions to advise guests and team members.
- Collaborate on slot promotions, tournaments, and other initiatives to enhance player engagement.
- Conduct daily reporting to the Player Development Director and Executive Director of Marketing.
- Manage Diamond-level tier players, including maintenance and support.
- Monitor guest needs and inform department supervisors of special requirements.
- Assist with tour bus greetings and dispatches.
- Develop and execute customer database and player loyalty strategies.
- 21 years old or older.
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
- Supervisory experience and/or college degree preferred.
- Title 31 training completion and maintenance mandatory.
- Valid California driver license and Black Oak Casino Resort driver's permit required.
- Able to travel with overnight stays, as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and computer-based applications.
- Excellent oral communication and guest service skills essential.
- Ability to start projects and follow through unsupervised.
- Extensive guest relations skills, including interfacing with guests at the highest level.
- Familiarity with a fast-paced, 24-hour atmosphere and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient computer keyboard use required.
- Able to pass a mandatory drug test.
- Valid gaming license and employment eligibility documentation required.
- Proficient English communication skills necessary.
- Physically able to perform all job requirements.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
- Non-smoke-free environment.
- Noisy environment.
- All shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
