Achievers Corporation is seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to source, recruit, develop, and manage the alliances ecosystem in the Asia Pacific region. The manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant areas to drive the multiplicative value of alliances.

This is a senior individual contributor role suitable for someone who can operate independently while ensuring adherence to the global partner framework. The ideal candidate is commercially aware, goal-oriented, and has a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include setting regional alliances strategy, researching and recruiting new partners, demonstrating Achievers strengths, contracting, identifying mutually beneficial incentives, enabling partners, delivering results, managing relationships, conducting business reviews, and extending product offerings.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience in B2B partnerships in the Human Capital Management industry and marketplaces. A minimum of 5+ years in partner sales or alliances development is required.
