Site Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Director to oversee the delivery of high-quality facilities services to a portfolio of buildings.
This is a key role that involves managing occupier and client relationships, conducting building inspections, maintaining compliance with regulations, and contributing to the effective and efficient operations of the portfolio.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with occupiers and clients to deliver exceptional customer service and support their business needs.
- Oversee the delivery of property and facilities services to a portfolio of buildings, ensuring they meet the required standards and expectations.
- Conduct regular building inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns, and complete reports within agreed timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and ensure compliance across the portfolio.
- Proven experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities, or Trade-related fields would be advantageous but not essential.
