About the Role

The Associate Director, Operations will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing campus-wide building maintenance, operations, security, and transport services.

This role is critical to ensuring the University's buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard, and that students, staff, and visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience on campus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the University.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in managing campus-wide building maintenance, operations, security, and transport services

Selection Criteria
