
Senior Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a hands-on professional to lead our site's maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of both planned and unplanned maintenance activities, working side by side with operational teams to minimise downtime, boost reliability, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Champion the shift from reactive maintenance to preventive, predictive, and prescriptive approaches, ensuring work is completed and data accurately recorded.
- Partner with Manufacturing and trades teams to improve capability, utilisation, and overall performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader, ideal for someone currently working as a Junior Maintenance Manager or is an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take on challenges.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
You will be responsible for leading the maintenance function, including planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance activities. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal downtime.
Requirements- 5+ years of leadership experience in a similar field.
- Strong operational, team management, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.
- Well-honed stakeholder management, including partnering, influencing, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team; lives the company values and leads for purpose.
- Intimate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, relevant regulations, health and safety requirements, auditing requirements, and relevant legislation.
