About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Resolutions Specialist to join our team at Advance Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring that all stakeholders receive the highest level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming queries and customer requirements with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Respond to internal queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and providers to resolve issues and meet their needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and provider information.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Accountable for the quality and daily performance of all tasks, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience handling customer accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Advanced skills in MS suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in a consultancy, energy, environmental, or metering services role is highly regarded.
  • Excellent time management and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
