Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee our international payroll operations.

The successful candidate will manage outsourced payroll functions for Australia, New Zealand, and transitioning Asian countries.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate employee compensation, compliance with regulations, and leading strategic payroll initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Extensive experience managing payroll in large, multi-geo organizations
  • Experience with Workday, ADP GlobalView, or Ramco Payce is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and adaptability
  • Leadership experience with both onshore and offshore teams
