International Payroll Executive

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multi-country payroll services for diverse clients. You will oversee the full payroll cycle ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.
You will play a pivotal role in implementing global payroll platforms, providing guidance on system transformations, and supporting clients through process enhancements.
- Oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients worldwide, coordinating cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships.
- Support or lead the implementation of global payroll systems, validating payroll data across digital platforms.
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards, identifying areas for improvement in internal and client-facing processes.
- Develop and implement solutions to payroll-specific issues raised by clients, driving process enhancements and efficiency gains.
- Lead project milestones, budgets, and reporting across key workstreams, streamlining project management processes.
