Office Support Role

The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of an organization. As the first point of contact, they are responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience for all employees and guests.

  • Oversee the office environment, including building access and office communications.
  • Coordinate office operations, including reception, stationery, mail, couriers, and other administrative procedures.
  • Schedule room bookings as required.
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and internal employees.
  • Maintain office equipment and inventory, including kitchen and bathroom supplies.
  • Support events, meetings, and conferencing needs.
  • Onboard new starters with IT, including assigning equipment and seating arrangements.
  • Process improvement initiatives.
  • Ad hoc administrative support.
  • Work with management to ensure safety and wellbeing on site.
  • Complete administration tasks on time.
  • Manage clients, suppliers, and support employees in a professional manner at all times.
  • Ensure the office is functional and presentable at all times.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications such as Certificate IV in Business, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar office environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese language skills.
