Job Description:

The role of Business Operations Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the team. This includes but is not limited to general reception duties, formatting of technical documents, purchase and management of office supplies, arranging travel and accommodation for staff on an ad hoc basis, maintaining cleanliness of the office and kitchen, assisting with organizing internal and external business functions, ad hoc projects, and assisting with new starter and staff departure processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have previous administration or customer service experience with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required. You should be flexible and adaptable in the workplace and have a passion for providing high-quality support and customer service. Intermediate to high-level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint are necessary, as well as the ability to plan and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
