About Our Employment Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage cases of customers with the goal of finding them employment. This involves case management to improve customers' ability to work by addressing non-vocational issues and developing vocational skills.
Key responsibilities include marketing customers to suitable employers, running job search sessions, and generating job referrals to place customers in employment opportunities.
This is a full-time position located at our Gawler East and Nuriootpa site.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have a genuine passion for helping people find employment and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
You should be able to:
- Assess, match and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities;
- Advocate directly to employers;
- Achieve individual targets and meet clearly defined KPIs;
- Demonstrate strong administration skills, IT literacy, data entry and typing skills;
- Work under pressure and maintain attention to detail;
- Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or be willing to obtain one;
- Have experience in Employment Services or a related field.
