Disability Employment Specialist

As a skilled Professional in Disability Employment Services, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment aspirations.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about delivering high-quality employment services. Your daily activities will include:
- Market participants to employers to secure sustainable employment outcomes
- Ensure timely referral to employment opportunities, vocational training, and non-vocational programs
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of areas including the Disability Employment Services Contract, local labour market, and support services
- Provide comprehensive Post Placement Support to employers and participants
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as self-motivation and initiative. You should also have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify innovative solutions to problems.
Previous experience in the Disability Employment Services industry is desirable, but not essential. What's more important is your passion for helping others and your commitment to delivering exceptional employment services.
