As an Employment Services Specialist, you will play a key role in empowering individuals to achieve their employment goals. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, delivering exceptional outcomes and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure job opportunities for clients with local employers
  • Support clients to develop skills and become job-ready
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance client employability through training and support referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear career pathways
  • Foster strong relationships with local employers and community groups

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
