Job Opportunity: Independent Living Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Independent Living Support Specialist.

About the Role:

In this role, you will conduct face-to-face home support assessments with older Australians to enable access to the care they need to remain living independently in their chosen community.

You will use a standardised national assessment process that focuses on wellness and work closely with clients to develop support plans with individualised goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is enthusiastic about empowering individuals and supporting their independence
  • Possesses competent computer skills
  • Can work autonomously and engage readily with clients
