This role involves working with individuals to identify their skills and potential barriers to employment. The goal is to help them achieve tailored employment outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be dedicated to providing wellbeing, independence, and opportunity for people with disabilities.

  • Maintain relationships with employers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
  • Ensure timely referral to employment opportunities, vocational training, and non-vocational programs
  • Develop and maintain professional knowledge of areas including the Disability Employment Services Contract, local labour market, and local support services
  • Provide thorough Post Placement Support to employers and participants

About You:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and organisational skills
  • Interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in disability employment is desirable

Requirements:

  • Willingness to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • A current and valid driver's licence and your own registered vehicle with a 4 or 5 star ANCAP safety rating
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
