About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative and project support to the Marketing team across a variety of shows, experiences, and activities at Arts Centre Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns, events, and activities, including preparing promotional materials and managing logistics.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives, working closely with the Marketing team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Perform other related duties as required, communicating effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

The Marketing team at Arts Centre Melbourne is responsible for maximising audience engagement in our enriching experiences through the delivery of compelling campaigns, communications, and content. We attract and engage customers with our brand, offer, community, and services.
