We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our Smiggle Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our social media strategy globally, delivering on brand and communication goals, and increasing followers, reach, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve the global social media strategy and guidelines in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Explore and implement new ways to leverage social media channels to increase brand awareness, sales, and drive traffic to our websites and stores.
  • Coordinate and implement the content for our social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Oversee and manage social media activities, including posting, sharing, liking, and responding.
  • Create social media advertising campaigns that deliver on specific brand and tactical objectives.
  • Provide weekly and monthly summary reporting and insights on the brand's social media performance.
  • In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, develop licensed social media campaigns, including concept ideation, copywriting, and image selection.
  • Oversee the marketing customer service across the social channels and marketing email inboxes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualified in a marketing-related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience working in digital marketing, primarily with social media.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media platforms, such as Facebook ads manager and Iconasquare.
  • Working knowledge of the retail industry and KPIs would be advantageous.
  • Passionate about the Smiggle audience, brand, and product range.
  • Be creatively minded and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, including solid attention to detail.
