Key Account Healthcare Manager
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Sector Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing healthcare customer relationships, maximising retention of business, and identifying opportunities to expand market share.
- Buid strong professional connections with customers and key personnel at all levels of the business.
- Ensure products and services meet or exceed business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer expectations.
- Provide education, implementation, and support to customers in continence management.
- Expand share of customers' business with additional products.
- Identify, evaluate, and generate new sales growth opportunities.
Your Expertise and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Healthcare sector, preferably with Nursing qualifications. They will possess a proven track record of account management and sales experience, combined with the ability to create trust, build rapport, develop solutions, cross sell, administer and grow an existing client base, and develop profitable business from within.
