
Customer Experience Advocate

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that puts customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything we do.
As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and existing members who want to purchase or inquire about our Business Roadside Assist Membership.
Your primary focus will be to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers by closely understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that add value to their businesses.
You will engage with customers through both inbound and outbound correspondence, building rapport and creating opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Closely understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions
- Develop effective relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Effective listening and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
