Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, with experience in supervising staff and coordinating logistics. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide training and guidance to new staff members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
