Warehouse Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

  • This is a full-time position that requires excellent inventory management skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
About the Role:

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Inventory Management:
  • Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Daily Operations Support:
  • Prepare and dispatch goods to various departments.
  • Liaise with department heads to respond to daily or urgent inventory needs.
Safety and Compliance:
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and conducting regular equipment checks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Cost Control and Efficiency:
  • Implement just-in-time inventory practices to minimize waste and storage costs.
Policies & System Development:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for inventory management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
