Job Description

The Reliability Planner role involves close collaboration with the Reliability Manager to schedule and plan work for the reliability team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule daily, weekly, and periodic work plans and orders to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide support to the Maintenance Manager and teams as required to maintain seamless workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of capital projects on site to enhance efficiency.
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders to foster positive relationships.
  • Develop and improve preventative maintenance routines to increase machine reliability and uptime.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of technical experience in FMCG (food/pharma) manufacturing environments is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability are necessary to drive results.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems, preferably MEX, is a plus.
