We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the success of our property management division.

About the Role

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a dynamic, strategic thinker with extensive experience in real estate or a similar industry. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of operational and legislative requirements, as well as a proven track record of delivering business growth and improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of senior property managers, assistant property managers, leasing consultants, and support staff to achieve outstanding results and service excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow and enhance the property management division, leveraging technology and innovation to improve client service and team capability.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation and maintaining market-leading outcomes.
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on key performance indicators, client satisfaction, and accountability, inspiring a motivated and engaged team.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on systems, technology, and customer journey improvements, identifying opportunities for innovation and automation.
  • Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and performance reporting, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal results.
Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • At least 10 years of experience in real estate or a similar industry, with a strong background in operational and legislative knowledge.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position, guiding and inspiring large, high-achieving teams.
  • Experience managing property portfolios of over 1000 residential properties, with a proven ability to lead with authenticity and vision.
  • A passion for people, culture, and creating an environment where individuals feel supported, valued, and motivated to excel.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, with a natural ability to unite people around a shared purpose.
  • A track record of embracing technology and innovation to enhance client service, efficiency, and team capability, with experience across multiple real estate networks or operational models.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a deep understanding of Queensland residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
