Are you an experienced property sales professional with a proven background ininvestment property?
We're looking for a high-performingProperty Investment Consultantto join our team and be mentored by a Senior Consultant.
You'll be hands-on with client presentations, strategy sessions, and sales conversion, while also learning how we deliver our proven system for helping everyday Australians achieve financial freedom through property.
This is acareer progression rolefor someone who is ambitious yet humble enough to learnour way of doing things.
What You'll Do
Conductdiscovery calls, property presentations, and funnel clients intostrategy sessions.
Learn how to conductstrategy sessionsand support clients from first call through to investment.
Check client plans, complete reviews, and ensure Zoho CRM notes and tasks are up to date.
Liaise with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and clients to keep deals on track.
Work closely with a Senior Consultant, supporting sales meetings and mentoring initiatives.
Achieve KPIs inprospecting, qualified strategy sessions, EOIs, and client outcomes.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
Minimum2 years' experience in investment property sales.
Confident communicator and presenter with strong client relationship skills.
Organised and detail-focused, able to keep multiple client files on track.
Talented sales professional, buthumble, coachable, and open to following our proven process.
Someone who genuinely cares about their clients and works with integrity.
