About This Role

The Business Support Team Leader oversees the Executive Support and Business Support teams, ensuring cohesive and effective support services in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in business processes and providing hands-on support during peak times
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Managing resources and overseeing recruitment for vacant positions
  • Serving as a point of escalation for complex requests
  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and opportunities for team development
  • Identifying opportunities to improve or streamline support processes
