Team Lead - Business Operations

As a Team Lead in Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving results-oriented support services within a dynamic environment.

About the Role:
  • Oversee and motivate a high-performing team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Become an expert in business processes and provide hands-on support during peak times.
  • Effectively manage resources, oversee recruitment for vacant positions, and provide leadership, mentorship, and opportunities for team development.

The Team Lead oversees two teams, ensuring cohesive and effective support services in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in managing teams in a demanding environment.
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Outcome-focused with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
