Job Title: Business Support Team Leader

About the Job

The Business Support Team Leader oversees two teams, providing cohesive and effective support services in a dynamic environment.

Duties include leading a high-performing team, becoming a subject matter expert in business processes, meeting KPIs, managing resources, serving as a point of escalation for complex requests, providing leadership and mentorship, and identifying opportunities to improve or streamline support processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate a high-performing team
  2. Become a subject matter expert in business processes and provide hands-on support during peak times
  3. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
  4. Manage resources and oversee recruitment for vacant positions
  5. Serve as a point of escalation for complex requests
  6. Provide leadership, mentorship, and opportunities for team development
  7. Identify opportunities to improve or streamline support processes
